CPR Training Company Return Policy
At Arise Safety and CPR, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR training services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our return policy below:
Class Enrollment and Refund Eligibility
- Enrollment fees for CPR classes are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled class date.
- Refund requests made within 10 days of the class date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the start of the class.
Refund Process
- To request a refund or cancel your enrollment, please contact us at billing@arisesafety.com with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Course Material Returns
- Course materials, including books or online access codes, are non-returnable.
Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule your CPR class, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to avoid rescheduling fees.
Defective or Incomplete Services
- If you encounter any issues with the quality or completeness of our CPR training services, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Product Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team at billing@arisesafety.com to initiate a refund request.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Some items are not eligible for refunds, including digital items, eBooks, AEDs, or opened products.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
