Life Threatening Bleeding
Life-threatening bleeding is rapid blood loss that can lead to shock or death if not addressed promptly. Our training includes recognizing the signs of severe bleeding, applying direct pressure, and using a tourniquet effectively to control the situation and stabilize the patient until EMS arrives.

A heart attack occurs when blood flow to the heart is blocked, leading to damage or death of heart tissue. Our training covers how to recognize the signs of a heart attack and the critical steps to take, such as calling for emergency help and providing appropriate care before EMS arrive.

A drug overdose occurs when a person consumes a substance in excessive amounts, which can lead to life-threatening symptoms. Our training includes recognizing the signs of an overdose, how to administer Narcan to reverse opioid effects, and the essential steps to take while waiting for EMS to arrive.

Burns and electrical injuries can cause significant damage to the skin and underlying tissues, often requiring immediate care. Our training includes prevention strategies, recognizing the severity of burns or electrical injuries, and the appropriate first aid steps to take, such as cooling the burn and monitoring the victim, while waiting for EMS to arrive.

Our training includes recognizing the signs of low blood sugar and providing appropriate care, such as administering fast-acting carbohydrates, while waiting for EMS to arrive.
