  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
  4. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
